Uniformly heated laminar perfusion chamber
This is a ready to use heated system
to provide uniform heating and laminar solution flow for your sample.
Thin profile and wide working compartment will fit under water
immersion objective. Thin No.1.5 glass bottom allows you to use oil-immersion
objectives as well. The whole glass bottom of the chamber is heated.
Built-in temperature probe for temperature stability. Combined with miniature holders,
forms a perfusion system. Requires a
microscope adapter; specify microscope model when ordering. Separate
inflow and outflow compartments prevent bubbles from entering inside
working compartment. Consider adding perfusion
or controlled
flow system and outflow
unit for suction to remove solution during perfusion. Requires a
temperature controller and PLD-A adapter.
