Heated Perfusion Stages for 35mm Glass Bottom Dishes
Includes a dish insert, and magnetic
holders for the temperature probe, inflow tubing and
suction. Can be used with perfusion and
controlled flow systems. The heating stage
incorporates inline solution pre-heater. The plastic dish insert prevents
bubbles from entering the dish. Can be
upgraded with an objective heater. Requires a temperature controller, and a microscope adapter.
Optical clearance 11mm to use with 12mm glass bottom dishes.
Sample movies obtained from live transgenic embryo samples incubated
using the heating stage.
