Gas flow controller, PC-MI
Designed for live cell imaging and time-lapsed microscopy. The controller is used to deliver gas mixture inside any custom
enclosure and miniature incubators.
Connects to a cylinder with compressed pre-mixed
(5%CO2/95%O2 or any other, including nitrogen and low O2) gas.
The output connects directly to a gas port of the incubator or a humidifier.
The controller regulates gas output to provide continuous slow stream of gas mixture, to replace residual gases inside the
incubator, up to 750 SCCM maximum gas flow rate.
Simple to use.
Can be adjusted to fill incubators of different volumes.
Balanced CO2 content inside the incubator controls pH of cell media.
Note: if using a source of pure CO2, a different CO2-MI controller is required.

Heated humidifier CO2-500ml
A heated platform with 1L reservoir to provide gas saturation with water vapors by passing the gas mixture through heated water.
When passed through heated water, the mixture becomes humid.
Can be also used as an indicator of gas flow - bubbles will indicated gas
flowing inside the incubator. Connects inline between the controller and the incubator.
Heated Water Trap TC-HUM
This heated 5in. long plastic cylinder able to trap water that might come out from humidifiers due to condensation.
The temperature control inside the cylinder continuously warms the gas flowing from humidifiers and eliminates temperature fluctuations inside the incubator.
The cylinder incorporates an easy disconnect cap to remove water. Small size allows to position the trap next to the incubator on the microscope stage.
Includes two luer barbed connectors (male and female) to connect tubing.
Includes a 1-channel temperature controller and 10in long flexible heater wrapped around the cylinder.
Connects inline between the humidifier and the incubator.
Required accessories: a source of CO2 gas, miniature incubator.
Optional accessories: a humidifier CO2-500ML, Heated water trap TC-HUM,
gas mixture adapter,
pressurized cylinders.
