Miniature incubator for coverslips TC-CIC
The system can be
used with coverslip holders (for replaceable
coverslips) for high resolution imaging.
Incorporates two ports for inflow and outflow tubing, and extra port with a luer connector for gas mixture input.
Can be used for long-term imaging.
See cell chemotaxis tracks obtained during 8 hours incubation.
Includes a set of adjustable tubing holders
to position perfusion tubing for continuous media exchange.
Can be used with standard 35mm
petri dishes (optional petri dish adapters and perfusion insert might be required).
Incorporates luer connector for gas mixture input.
