Small Volume Delivery System

For use with lab-on-chips, intracellular perfusion and small chambers. Solutions are either withdrawn using controlled flow systems or pushed by pressure. The majority of available perfusion systems have long lines of tubing, which have to be filled before conducting experiments. However, sometimes applied substances are available only in limited quantities or are extremely expensive, prohibiting the usage of conventional perfusion systems. This system utilizes small plastic tubes with conical bottom and thin Teflon tubing to connect to your system. It can be used with as little as 100 µl volumes of perfusate. Tubes with solutions are simply threaded into the holder. Solutions are easy to refill during the experiment. Can be used with miniature manifolds and perfusion systems, or pressure switches. Might require pressurized air to deliver the solutions, unless the solutions are withdrawn by a negative pressure using controlled flow system or intracellular perfusion setup. The system comes with all necessary tubing and fitting to connect to a single pressure source, if required. The small size of 91 x 48 x 17 mm (without tubing attached) allows to position solutions near your sample. Can be attached to a 1 ft. rod (included). Comes with X-block to attach onto a standard 0.5 in. stand. The body has 6.5 mm I.D. opening, which allows to mount the system on a micromanipulator. Includes 16 plastic replaceable tubes 2 and 3.5ml, 100 ft. Teflon tubing, fitting and tubing to connect to a pressure source. Click on image to enlarge.

8-Channel Micro Injector - Spritzer

Ideal for multiple drugs applications to single cells. An 8 channel pressure injector with one common pressure regulator and gauge. Each channel is controlled either by a TTL signal (connected through input BNC), or by a manual switch. Two other options for channels control are available: by an analog signal or, if your system has a limited number of digital outputs, 8-channel encoding is possible by only 4 input TTL signals. Every output channel has a LED indicator. The output pressure Luer connectors are located on the front panel for easy connect. Comes with 8 luer connectors for 1/16" tubing and a 1/4" NPT female to 1/8" barb connector for a pressure source. Includes two steel clamps to secure high pressure hose. Designed for use with Small Volume Delivery System or with multi-barrel micropipettes.  Click on image to enlarge.
4-Channel spritzer, pressure injector Has four separate pressure regulators for each channel. Each channel can be switched either manually through a push button or electronically using TTL signals (5V). Individual pressure control provides uniform solution flow from each channel.
