Perfusion Controller, CFPS-UC2

Universal controller for precise control of solution flow rates from 0.34microL/min to 22ml/min. Included with flow control systems above. Can control flow rates in up to eight channels and can switch up to eight different solutions through each channels (if combined with perfusion systems). Can read up to eight analog signals (temperature, for example) to automate environment control. Each channel controlled manually (only 2-channels), by analog signals, TTL and through RS232 port. Up to 10 controllers can be connected in chain through RS232 ports. Controllers for manual control of more than two channels are also available. Can be used with our optional disposable flower meter and high power switch to setup an automated system to measure and dispense solutions using high flow rate pumps in the range from 70ml/min to 25 l/min, with precision of 200µl.

Additional 2-Channel upgrade, CFPS-2U

Adds another two independent channels. Turns ON/OFF independently by analog signals, TTL or/and RS232 connection, or manually (depending on the controller used). Attached together to another system, forms a single unit. Can be mounted horizontally, vertically or simply left on the desktop. Includes mounting hardware. Tubing is not included

Mounting Brackets Kit, CFPS-MB

Allows to attach multiple flow control units together into one solid piece. Includes 2 brackets (top and bottom) and 12 screws.

Fitting kit, CFPS-fit

Includes a set of fitting for tubing used inside controlled flow system and microbore tubing, including our Teflon, polyimide, and polyethylene PPT tubing.

Flow Control Connectors Set, FC-SET

Set of fitting, mixers and manifolds for microbore tubing, including our Teflon, polyimide, and polyethylene tubing PPT. For use with controlled flow systems. Includes Y and T connectors, 4, 5, 6 and 9-channels manifolds (one of each).

8-Channel Enhanced Perfusion Controller, CFPS-C8

Similar to the above 8-channel controller, plus enhanced features, which facilitate building software controlled perfusion systems. In addition to manual control, flow rate can be regulated through sending software code over serial RS232 (or USB) connection. Has additional two 8-bit digital I/O ports to control external devices, plus four 10-bit analog inputs to read external signals (temperature, for example). The I/O ports can be used to control PC-16 perfusion controllers to switch multiple solutions through the same channel or high power switches to turn high current devices (pumps, for example). The controller has two inputs for our disposable flow meters to work with high flow rate pumps. Up to ten controllers can be linked together to receive software commands from the same computer through RS232/USB connection.
