Heating stage for glass coverslips, TC-CSC
Ready to use
heated system for samples cultured/placed on
coverslips. Used with bath chambers for replaceable coverslips CSC.
Replaceable coverslips allow to culture cells before performing
experiments. The heater preheats perfusion solution before it enters the chamber.
This keeps temperature stable even if used with perfusion
systems. Inline heated Teflon tubing fits
manifolds included with perfusion systems. Includes
a miniature holder to position the temperature probe anywhere around your sample.
Can be used for imaging
and recording.
The open chamber design offers the advantages of using with water
immersion optics of upright microscopes, fluorescence imaging with
inverted microscopes, option to apply substances locally through
miniature manifolds,
and ability to perform electrophysiological recordings. Can be used
with 35 mm petri dishes. Since some brands of petri
dishes have different diameter, reducing adapters TC-PA might be required. Consider adding a miniature perfusion systems
and an outflow
unit for suction to remove solution from the chamber during
perfusion. Requires a microscope adapter.
Requires a temperature controller.
